Use of Projects Plus websites and services is also subject to the Projects Plus Terms of Service and any applicable written client agreement.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in an applicable email or by contacting us.
Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent where necessary to administer an appointment, client relationship, payment, project, account, or service.
Providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Where Projects Plus requests SMS consent, consent will be requested separately as required by applicable law and telecommunications requirements.
You may revoke applicable SMS consent using the opt-out instructions provided in the message or by contacting Projects Plus.
5. Mobile Information and SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text-message originator opt-in information and consent may be provided to aggregators, telecommunications providers, or providers supporting the text-message service solely as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer the applicable messaging service and not for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message opt-in information and consent will otherwise be used only as permitted for the applicable messaging program and supporting service delivery.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
Projects Plus does not currently sell personal information as the term “sale” is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
We do not sell or disclose mobile opt-in information or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose other personal information when reasonably necessary to operate Projects Plus, including to service providers that perform functions on our behalf.

- email delivery;
- telecommunications and messaging;
- cloud storage;
- payment processing;
- analytics;

- other business operations.
Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the applicable service and are subject to their own contractual, privacy, and security obligations.
We may also disclose information:
- to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful governmental requests;
- when reasonably necessary to protect Projects Plus, our clients, users, or others;
- to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or violations of our agreements;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; or
- with your direction or consent.
If a current or future Projects Plus practice constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar regulated activity under applicable privacy law, Projects Plus will provide any notice or opt-out mechanism required by that law.
All of the disclosure categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; such information will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, except to aggregators and providers supporting the text-message service as reasonably necessary to provide that service.
7. Third-Party Service Providers

8. Client-Controlled Data
Projects Plus may build, administer, maintain, or support websites, funnels, forms, CRM systems, courses, automations, or other systems for Projects Plus clients.
When a client uses those systems to collect information from the client’s own leads, customers, students, members, or other individuals, the client generally determines the purpose and use of that information.

To the extent Projects Plus processes such information solely on behalf of the client, Projects Plus may act as the client’s service provider or processor and will process the information in accordance with the applicable client agreement and any other legally required data-processing terms.
If you submit a privacy request relating to information controlled by one of our clients, Projects Plus may direct or forward the request to the applicable client.
Providing technology, implementation, administration, or support does not transfer responsibility for a client’s independent privacy obligations to Projects Plus.
9. Data Retention
Projects Plus retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- provide services;
- maintain client and business records;
- comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;

- other rights provided by applicable law.
Some rights may be subject to exceptions and may not apply to every person or category of information.
Projects Plus may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by applicable law and where appropriate authorization can be verified.
Projects Plus will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Privacy-Request Appeals
Where applicable law gives you the right to appeal a decision Projects Plus makes regarding a privacy request, you may submit an appeal by replying to our response or emailing abuettner@projectsplus.net with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Projects Plus will review and respond to the appeal as required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, providing information for optional marketing communications is voluntary.
13. Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence

Where such tools are used:
- AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies;
- human review may be used where appropriate;
- Projects Plus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output; and
- use remains subject to applicable privacy, contractual, and platform requirements.
Projects Plus does not currently use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
If this practice materially changes in a manner that creates additional disclosure or consumer-rights obligations under applicable law, Projects Plus will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.
Clients using AI functionality through Projects Plus-hosted systems remain responsible for ensuring that personal information submitted to those features may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose.
14. Children’s and Minors’ Privacy

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Projects Plus, contact us so that we may review and appropriately delete or otherwise address the information.
Individuals under 18 may not create accounts for or access Projects Plus-hosted client platforms or other services requiring user credentials unless Projects Plus expressly determines that such access is legally and contractually permitted.
Projects Plus clients whose own products, courses, websites, or services involve minors remain responsible for complying with applicable parental-consent, privacy, educational, child-protection, and similar requirements for their own businesses and end users.

Projects Plus operates from the United States.
Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other locations where Projects Plus service providers operate.
If you interact with Projects Plus from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those in your location.
Where applicable law requires a particular mechanism or safeguard for an international transfer of personal information, Projects Plus or the applicable service provider will use an appropriate mechanism as required by that law.
16. Marketing and Advertising Choices
You may opt out of Projects Plus marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in an applicable email or by contacting Projects Plus.
Projects Plus does not sell mobile opt-in information or SMS consent information for marketing purposes.
If Projects Plus engages in an activity that creates a legally required opt-out right relating to a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, Projects Plus will provide the applicable choice as required by law.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to websites, social platforms, or services operated by third parties.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies before providing personal information to those services.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be transferred for independent third-party marketing or promotional use.
